Why do we love?

Yesterday:

Had lunch with mel, and went to plaza sing to buy reeds at yamaha, and see like a dozen other things, including books, soft cases, a friend in yoshinoya who was working very hard, yamaha saxes and custom mouthpiece. Bought a classical reed and a jazz reed! Wonder how it's gonna sound. Still thinking about a new sax - whether i shld keep the yts-475 or buy a selmer paris or yamaha custom. VERY EXPENSIVE THOUGH.
5k odd for the better models yts-875EX or alto custom. Should just stick to changing mouthpieces. God is so good to me- led me to find a good book. Hopefully it tells me more.

then went to meet VIVIAN and nette for lunch at bishan. No guys, i just sat there drinking soup and watched them eat. hahaha. Not two lunches. That'd expand me sideways. but the pizza hut set meals seem quite worth it though. try next time. add it to my kiv list of lunch areas. God blessed us with a really fun time that day. Havent seen vivian in a while, was happy that she's good, and teaching. so cutee : )) fishy teaching kids. with bloops. hahaha. laughed alot in pizza hut, walked around and laughed even harder at coffee bean. i think caffeine and vivian'
s choice in males is a mix for rolling on the floor laughing. I'm glad that she upgraded from the stuffed dog to a guy. then she had to say that she preferred the cow. then shopped around with nette after that at northpoint- we need to go clothes shopping nette!! wait for my pay... hahaha.

Today:

Had brunch at 11plus, then headed to ngee ann city for job agency. interesting- shldnt call it an interview, more like confirming my particulars. Thank the Lord that someone from the agency actually gave me a call- pray that they find a job that's suitable for my schedule.

so ended bout 2.30pm. Went to kino to browse for books, and suddenly realised what i really wanted was a library to read sherlock holmes in. thought about the orchard library, then msged mel to find location- but it closed down. oh well. so headed for plaza sing to buy the book i reserved. the previous day didnt have enuff cash. got stopped by a lady trying to promote diet shakes to lose the pounds. personally dont believe in shortcuts to losing weight- it's eat right and exercise- twin engines.

Went right up to get the book, and the nice female sales assistant from yesterday was there again. She was nice to me, advised me to get the book that was more suitable for me. had trouble deciding between two the previous day. It's currently 1700hours, synchronise your watches!! my aching feet were soothed after i reached bishan library. Sat there in the quiet reading room chilling with aquarium gummies and sherlock holmes. i feel like going there again.

then it was dinner with the girls- a nice fun one at that : ))). Havent seen them since the class chalet. Zhi yan, angie and cheryl saw me on the top floor, with me bumping into angie, and zhi yan thinking i was nowhere near her location then, haha. keep asking me to go down when i was where she was already. violet, tina, aud and mich came later- only hui juan couldnt make it.
we had a scrumptious dinner at din tai fung- a first for some of the girls, but a good first experience. : ))) xiao long bao fried rice good noodles in soup. shiok. glad to hear tina's good with her class : ))) God blessed her : )) hahaha currently only aud, angie and i are unemployed. but mich has promised to help us with job lobangs at her workplace. LOL, tina looks nice in a dress top she liked - but it was so expensive!! far east has cheaper ones. Hahaha, there would be better ones along the way.

Might be out tml to fill in some job application. Not sure yet though. Library sounds like a good idea.
